Pain Proof is an unreleased Spice Girls song recorded during the Forever recording sessions on August 16, 1999.
The track was produced by Eliot Kennedy, and features the vocal talents of Mel B, Melanie C, Emma Bunton and Victoria Beckham. The song is a hard rock song slightly similar in style to "Step To Me and "Move Over (song)", and features electric guitars and drums.
